Terms and Conditions

Version 2026-05-01· Effective May 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StopRoute ("the Service"), operated by Flower Child Flowers LLC, doing business as StopRoute ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including dispatchers, drivers, and any other individuals accessing the web dashboard or mobile application.

2. Description of Service

StopRoute is a route-planning and delivery management application designed for small local delivery businesses such as flower shops, bakeries, pharmacies, and local couriers. The Service includes:

  • A web-based dispatch dashboard for building, adjusting, and managing multi-stop delivery routes
  • A mobile driver application for navigating routes and managing deliveries in the field
  • Route optimization powered by Google Maps to reduce mileage and delivery time
  • SMS delivery notifications sent to recipients regarding their delivery status
  • SMS-based OTP verification codes for user authentication

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Plans, Stops, and Billing

What counts as a stop.A "stop" is a single delivery you create — whether added through the web dashboard, imported from a CSV, or added on the fly by a driver in the mobile application. Creating a stop bundles every ordinary operation around it: geocoding the address, including it in route optimization, navigating to it, capturing proof of delivery, and marking it complete.

Included re-optimizations and navigation sessions. To prevent abuse and to keep the Service economical to operate, each route includes a reasonable allowance of repeat operations before they are metered as additional stops. Specifically, each route includes up to three (3) re-optimizations and up to five (5) navigation start/restart events at no additional charge. Each re-optimization or navigation start beyond those allowances is counted as one additional stop against your monthly stop quota. Real shops do not approach these allowances under normal use; they exist to bound runaway automation and accidental loops.

Plans and quotas. Your account is associated with a plan that determines your monthly stop quota and your data retention window. The current plans are:

  • Free: 200 stops per month, 1 driver, 1 depot, 30-day delivery history retention. Free accounts that exceed their stop quota must upgrade to a paid plan to record additional stops in the same billing month.
  • Starter: 500 stops per month, unlimited drivers and depots, 6-month retention. Additional stops beyond the quota are billed at $0.08 per stop.
  • Growth: 1,000 stops per month, unlimited drivers and depots, 1-year retention. Additional stops beyond the quota are billed at $0.04 per stop.
  • Scale: 5,000 stops per month, unlimited drivers and depots, 2-year retention. Additional stops beyond the quota are billed at $0.03 per stop.

Billing and cancellation.Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial months. We may change pricing or plan limits with at least 30 days' advance notice. You may set a hard cap on overage charges from your billing settings; if you do, the Service will refuse to record additional stops above the cap for the remainder of the billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:
